A susseguirsi degli eventi dell'Atto 1 (Capitolo 1-20) Yoshimitsux sfida Krox, tuttavia quest'ultimo si rivela un avversario troppo potente, sconfiggendo Yoshimitsux e mandandolo in coma, eliminato il suo problema, Krox assieme al suo impero di Smogon l'Organizzazione XIII inizia ad agire col progetto Pokebattle, minacciando inoltre i Falsi Garibaldini Tryharder.

Ross: con scald potevo sperare in una burn, e anche se non accadeva ti lasciavo ad un bivio, settare le sr e far morire mamoswine senza danneggiarmi keldeo, o endeavorarmi ed evitare che le sr venissero settate, keldeo anche s enon sembra era
Ross: il membro meno utile del mio team, siccome talonflame lo rkilla mentre azumarill e venusaur lo fermavano direttamente, certo gli altri 3 venivano bastonati, ma eeh
